MiniToolBox by Farbar Version: 13-07-2013 Hello Louis, here's the details you requested: Moved from Win 7 to External Hardware - Hamluis. Any help would be much appreciated.Įdited by hamluis, 06 September 2013 - 03:52 PM. After that all works normal again, for a relatively short time. Only thing that helps is deleting the USB3 Controller (regardless which one the mouse is connected to, I always remove that controller, and leave the other untouched) from devmgr and then rescan for new hardware, it gets recognized, afterward all the rest of the USB devices I have, including the mouse. Then after normal boot, mouse doesn't work. Tried BIOS and Safe mode immediately after the problem, both worked with smooth mouse movement. My question is this: What might possibly be the problem with it, when all my other USB devices work well, even my USB3 flash drive that I normally connect frontside, but just for testing I tried it once on the back too, and it operated on USB3 speed too. What I've done so far: swapped mouse, same problem.

All the back pannel ports are USB3 capable, connected either to VIA VL800 or Intel 7 Series USB3 controller. I have a problem with my MS Comfort Mouse 4500. F18, newly purchased, not half a year old. Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-z77x-UD3H, BIOS ver.
